2. Managed Services Transition & Solution Expert (SME)

3. MS Project Operations Manager

4. Procurement Operations Manager

1. Requirements

• Should have experience in Telecom BSS, Telecom Billing, CRM, Business Intelligence, Mediation, Revenue Assurance, IN or OCS, Telecom Operator's Call Center Operation, eTOM Framework and Telecom Corporation IT
• Should have between 5 - 8 years experience in marketing, product sales and sales management in the telecom industry with proven track record
• Should have MBA with Bachelor degree or above in Electronics or Telecom Engineering
• Should have strong experience in working with Managed Services operation organization process demonstrating key initiatives
• Should have experience with telecom vendors in products or services solution pre-sales technical support work
• Should have expereince with wireless network/telecom network
• Should be familiar with MS requirement of telecom network
• Should have strong organizational, coordination and managerial skills
• Experience in working in multiple geographical location and telecom operator experience would be an added advantage

2.  Requirements

• Should have exposure in working at remote onsite knowledge transition tools
• Should understand key elements of transition
• Should have good understanding of operator business drivers and technologies in telecom/IT services domain
• Should have hands-on experience of implementing CMMI framework and Project management process setup initiatives
• Should have knowledge of Engagement Governance Model execution and setup
• Should have a total of 10plus years with minimum 5-6 years experience in setting up Engagement Governance model in IT/Telecom services domain
• Transition Project Experience including Transfer Management (People & Asset Transfer), OSS/IT Tools Readiness, Process Design is a must for project delivery with at least 2-3 Telecom BSS/IT Projects successfully delivered
• MBA with BE/BTECH in IT/Telecom. PMP, CSQA/ITIL certification would be an added advantage
• Should have customer consulting and project handling experience

3.  Requirements

• Should have Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunications field or its equivalent
• Should have minimum of 8 years of telecom industry experience including experience for Managed Services delivery in telecom spaces
• Support Experience in Managing BSS/IT Operations of Telecom Operators including improving operations consistently to meet the KPI/SLA agreed, processes and policies in support of customer organization mission, support better management reporting
• Should have excellent people management experience with good track records. 
• Should have knowledge of PMP or equivalent, eTOM, ITIL or TL9000
• Should be energetic, logical thinking and be able to travel occasionally and work overseas
• Should have track record of managing large scale operations project in a matrix structure and a team size of more than 50

4. Requirements

• Should have at least 4 years purchasing/engineering experience in Telecommunications and/or IT industry
• Should have a degree in engineering/procurement with strong commodities knowledge
• Should be experienced in low cost sourcing, supplier evaluation, purchase order and negotiation
• Should have knowledge of international and local suppliers
• Should have excellent negotiating skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills and good team spirit
