Short term course for SADC Journalists

 The International Institute for Journalism (IIJ) of GIZ, is now accepting applications for its IIJ/IAJ Summer Academy course on "Freedom and Responsbility in the Media" scheduled to hold in Johannesburg, Nov. 19 through to 30, 2012.

The programme addresses young journalists from newspapers, news agencies, online media and radio stations in the SADC region and is aimed aims at promoting media freedom and journalistic ethics and thus enhance the quality of journalism in media houses in the SADC region. Fifteen participants will be admitted. They should have at least 2 years of professional experience on the job.
