Federal High Court Lagos dismisses Bukola Saraki’s application to stop CCT trial

A Federal High Court in Lagos has dismissed the application by Senate President Bukola Saraki seeking to stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal in Abuja.

 

Justice Ibrahim Baba held that the court lacked jurisdiction to hear the application.
